For me, I would say Pittsburgh. You would experience the “big cities” excitement without being overwhelmed by noisy crowds. Also, there is a variety of restaurants cuisines, including German food. Another thing, the locals are friendly and welcoming. Hope this helps! ☺️

Elizabeth Stewart Gardner museum and MFA are great. A lot of good bars if you like to drink. Boston public market is really good. Quincy market is pretty famous. Idk the sports schedules but Boston has a lot of sports teams could check those out. Look up the north end there’s a lot of good places to eat

Go to Brooklyn and explore downtown, explore Chelsea in lower manhattan, check out Harlem for sure. GO TO QUEENS IT IS THE MOST DIVERSE PLACE IN THE WORLD and best food.
