What i saw working for me was fiber and protein, and perhaps give intermittent fasting a try if it fits in ur schedule

they say calorie deficit but since you’re not really eating maybe get more nutrition dense foods if possible, i’m also struggling and that’s what’s helping me. Also you may not change on the scale but you’ll definitely change in your body, you see it faster on your body than on the scale :)

The most important thing when you are trying to lose weight is eating more believe it or not bc if you aren’t eating enough or you don’t have a balanced diet you’re body will hold fat bc it’s not getting the nutrients that it needs I’ve lost weight by getting my protein in and less carbs and eating healthy fats it takes time to see results but you will get there

If you’re going to the gym you might just be getting weight from muscle. I have the opposite problem and after working out I put on a bit of weight myself. But it could also be a thyroid thing. Just make sure not to starve yourself because that’ll hurt more later on

Gonna be honest I’m not a girl so feel free to downvote, but I feel like a lot of people pay too much attention to numbers on a scale and not just health in general. It sounds like you are very active which is already great, and if you are still concerned about your weight then try framing it as adjusting your body composition a bit. Talk to your doctor/actual professionals to make sure hormones r good and after that it’s just maybe tweaking diet and lifestyle a bit.

Yes this. Get your thyroids checked!

This 100%! I dealt with thyroid issues as a kid (and potentially may still have them) and have PCOS and I struggle with holding on to weight

Thank you I choose not to weigh myself just for my own sanity, but I don’t think I’ve seen any differences in my body, I’ll def try more nutrition dense foods
