Depends the compliment, depends how frequent, and it depends the women. I personally get overwhelmed cus I am very bad at responding to them, so I try my best to like not respond like an idiot but yeah did not grow up getting a lot of compliments so just kinda makes me uncomfy (but like words of affirmation is last on my list of love languages sooo)

Had a glow up after high school so I didn’t really get compliments on my looks until then. I would say it’s nice to hear from time to time but it can get uncomfortable when it’s not someone you want to hear it from.

if i'm seeing him, it's good. if it's a stranger or someone i'd rather not be interacting with, it's bad.

Compliments bore me, idk if that makes sense. I find that I can make a conversation flow better with banter. When a guy kept calling me pretty, like multiple times a day, I can only say ‘Thank you’ in so many different ways. They’re nice, yes, but I don’t think I’m the person who likes to receive them
