If you want some cardio that’s good for cals and won’t take long do rucking on a treadmill. Put on a backpack with like 30lbs on an inclined treadmill and walk/speed walk do 30 mins. You’ll get to at least 300-500cals easy

To be clear OP, you didn’t do anything wrong, I just want to ask you to consider that in this current environment, this post can impact a lot of people in ways you don’t intend. Eating disorders and body dysmorphia are absolute beasts and it’s currently tearing through my friend groups. They have actually shown me stuff like this and said it’s goals, and I’m really worried for them. I’m no expert, I certainly don’t know how to help them, all I can do is say something and I’m sorry if I (1/2)

I hope OP is taking care of their knees and listening to their body, I know someone who pushed it too far and literally needed knee surgery after :( (yes early 20s)
