I use unscented sensitive dove bar soap and use a boric acid suppository the day after my period ends! And drink lots of water! I’m not saying it will always work for people, that’s just what works for me!

I clean around it with soap and water but never inside. Messing around too much with the inside can cause bacterial imbalances and other issues. Not sure what to do about smell as it has not been an issue for me. I don’t mind my own smells.
