Gf just informed me that she started her period today. I’m supposed to see her tomorrow, so I’m here to ask what all can I do, bring, etc to make her life a little bit easier while I’m there? What are some things y’all like when you’re on your period?

Bring her chocolate, maybe some sour candy too, ice cream, and a card! Flowers if you’re feeling generous also ask if she needs tampons or pads or Advil etc

everyone is different; just casually say you’re stopping at the store and ask her what she wants so that it doesn’t feel like she’s imposing or you’re just being performative.
