Where do I begin learning how to do makeup? I feel like I missed peak teenage girl experimenting with makeup age so if I wear it now I’ll just look like a clown 😥

No except that’s exactly what you have to do. You don’t have to wear it out to get good, but you can practice at home. Start simple with a tinted sunscreen and mascara, blush, maybe a little bit of shadow liner. That’s how I started! Teen girls did not suddenly learn either, I promise I still looked like a clown, but the trick is to start slowly. Also helps figure out what makes your face look good! And YouTube videos, Pinterest, and TikToks abt tutorials. Makeup is supposed to be fun diva

Also as much as it’s common, the basic girl makeup doesn’t fail and it’s easy for a reason. Little bit of mascara, highlighter in the inner corner, blush, maybe bronzer. But seriously, nobody learned overnight. You’ll find that learning what looks good is intuitive, it’s more about making it cohesive and well done is difficult. I still mess up, but that’s why god made q tips and makeup remover 😽
