
it was not your fault. we are taught in middle school that intoxicated means no, no matter what the intoxicated one may say in the moment. i recommend therapy. i also recommend picking up a new hobby. sometimes small changes can make your headspace feel completely different. don’t let it consume you, but address every feeling you have about it. don’t stuff it away. she’s disgusting, not you. be kind to yourself. you didn’t deserve that and getting some extra support might help a lot.
