Tbh most of that shit's a hassle to deal with. Maybe there's some aesthetic value in the fancy stuff, but the heavy makeup routines and half-hour hairdos are not worth the time needed to keep them up. Long nails are the worst, and waaaay too expensive. Just a little bit of something more subtle (simple blush, cheap lipstick, simple hairdo) honestly goes a much further for what it's worth. Most men won't even notice to appreciate high-effort hairstyle/makeup lol

It really depends, but overall doing that stuff normally won’t take points away while it can add points. For specific guys some things could be bad, like for me I don’t like super long nails, but that’s personal preference over general male stuff

Guys will notice your hair and nails and whatever but that’s like what color is the icing on the cake. If the cake is there an good, maybe a different color scheme looks nice and catches the eye but if the cake is shit, the fanciest frosting ain’t gonna make up for it
