I know some guys hate fat women. But do you still hate fat women that are actively trying to lose weight? Or do you still hate them because they got themselves to that point? I’m a big girl trying to understand the mindset. I’m down 50 pounds & curious

Men don’t necessarily hate fat women, it’s more an issue of attraction for some, but they do respect people who are making the effort to lose weight

I never hated them to begin with, but I respect someone trying to improve their life much more than someone who isn’t, and much more than someone who never had too because they were always skinny.

People often hate on people who are working on self-improvement, because if you’re working on yourself and they are not, it makes them feel insecure about their own lifestyle. And it’s easier for them to try to drag you back down than to put in the effort to lift themselves up. This is regardless of gender, too.

Personally I have a lack of respect and attraction towards fat women that don’t work on themselves but have a lot of respect and am always cheering for overweight women that are actively working hard to lose weight. Doesn’t mean I find them attractive yet tho but doesn’t mean they won’t at some point get to that point
