Definitely ask. Later in my relationship his politics became an issue, believed women didn’t deserve rights, if you aren’t white you don’t deserve to live, if you aren’t straight you don’t deserve to live etc etc. it’s an important factor in an ADULT relationship. Because anymore a lot of these people call it politics when it’s actually ethics and human rights.

Hey there are plenty of queer people (sadly) who hold a lot of these beliefs. It’s truly incomprehensible since you’d think they wouldn’t support conservative things like that but I’ve met and seen a fair share. Either way def ask. It plays in a lot more than you would expect.
