Why would you only want to see your significant other a few times a month?

I think about this too as a girl like you get your own life and peace but also have that person around when its convenient loll so you get to have lots of freedom

The space and time apart you’re describing and romanticizing is NOT on your terms, it’s incredibly stressful and taxing on each other/ the relationship, it’s part of why the divorce rate is so high in the military

Personally I would not want a military man because I don’t support the military and our values would not align, but you do you girl!

Mainly because it’s so common in my family to have that distance and we are an air force/military family so yes it is stressful to have but I think with my job and other priorities I think a relationship more like this with distance would work better than a standard relationship
