Happily! So basically the reason women can produce milk is from the fat storage and using our own calcium. Men also have fat storage in the breasts although a much less dense one. So if a man were to… let’s say use a pumper frequently he would eventually start to lactate.

Also the same thing can happen in men as you first mentioned. Hormone imbalances can cause lactation in men
