i’m not a man, but i don’t think that’s pathetic at all!!! in fact, i’m a huge fan of poetry and though most of the poems i wrote before getting in a relationship were either not at all about love or about my fear of it, i’ve helped friends write poems for their S/Os which have inspired most of my writing now.

i honestly think it’s kinda sweet that you’re so dedicated to finding love (which it SEEMS like you are), especially if you’re looking for someone that your quotes actually apply to. bc then it’s like you’re already fantasizing about them before you’ve even met. kinda like a “you’re the person of my dreams” kinda situation.
