I’ve definitely known women who have buts it’s a lot of insecurity and projection and sometimes it’s just people being dicks thinking it’s funny to joke about with friends

It doesn’t need to be a competition. I've seen plenty of women do it both irl and online, possibly more than I've seen men. They'll make fun of guys for being short, bald, fat, thin, poor, fashion choices, even basic personality quirks, etc. all the time. One of my more questionable acquaintances legit has a thing where she screen shares dating apps and just makes fun of all the ugly guys with other girls for fun while posting it to her stories. Ofc that's not representative of most normal women

Unless you’re deep in anon spaces its more permissible to make fun of men than women online. I suppose you could argue it’s only fair since women are treated worse historically and offline

I wouldn’t say it’s human nature, I think most ppl are more predisposed to kindness while the dicks are loud and take up space. Ofc culture/environment and parenting play a big role too

Two wrongs don’t make a right. You can have empathy for people without condoning let alone supporting their bad behavior. I’ve been through trauma but I’m not out here being an asshole to random ppl for their appearance

like im so sick and tired of conventionally attractive people being the only ones who are allowed to have a voice and an opinion. someone who does not fit conventional standards of beauty can be allowed to not be into you and it doesn’t mean there is something wrong with them lol
