Well I mean Tbf men are guilty of way more assaults to false accusations are more serious for them. There are a few high profile examples of false accusations ruining lives or even ending lives, especially for brown men falsely accused of assaulting white women

Because that is one of the things were you are guilty until proven innocent and so you can be black listed or even straight up arrested (Shawn Oakman for example) and then even if proven innocent there is nothing that happens to the person who accused you and you just get the short end of the stick
