I have before. It’s just hard to actually gauge what they’ll spend that money on and if it was worth me giving money. It’s better to get them actually stuff like food and water imo

i give water bottles or granola bars or something if its in my car. i have seen too many professional beggers to feel comfortable in giving cash. i would rather donate to a homeless shelter or something like that

I use my money to buy them a meal or something instead so they can’t use money for alcohol and still get some help
