Yes it feels different. I can’t feel the wetness directly but I can tell it is wetter if she squirts or whatever.

It feels radically different imo. Takes a significant amount of more work to get there and the sensation is not always the same. Depends on the partner of course but condoms always take me from 15-20 minutes into the 30-40 range which can be hard to keep it dynamic for your partner
