Update: apparently he’s a douchebag and would talk to his friends about intimate details of his exes and then would kick them out of their rooms to fuck. Also wants to sleep with his friends girlfriends. Thanks for the advice y’all! Glad that’s over 😛

What does it mean when the guy I'm talking to gets upset that I don't enjoy going out to clubs or parties a lot? He gets offended and insists I can't live life/won't enjoy it later unless I party through my 20s

How was it obvious? He was super nice and sweet to me, would take me on nice dates, ask about my day, and treated me better than majority of the other guys I’ve talked to. I just thought something was off starting with the party thing, but my friends told me I was being overdramatic. So it really wasn’t that obvious

Nah but like from my perspective I’ve never met someone who’s said something like that who didn’t fuck three different people every week and act like a d-bag. These guys know how to charm women, they put on an act at first. It’s a frat guy classic

Oh well I don’t really have any experience with the frat guy classic, or romantic experience with guys at all so I’ve been trying to learn as much as I can from this situation to avoid it in the future

I’m biased but maybe give the guys who don’t party a chance. No guarantees it’ll work out but less of a chance he turns out to be an asshole 🤷‍♂️

He’s not a big partier either which was kindve why I made the og post. From the guys I’ve talked to, the non party ones have also been a little trifling (controlling, etc.) but maybe that’ll change someday
