I’m pretty sure it’s relatively common to call women girls because the relationship term is “girlfriend” and also “girl” is a lot more associated with youth than “woman.” Also girl is far more normalized because I’ve never seen a person in my life dislike being called a girl since girl is kind of the parallel of “guy” in addition to “boy”
Men have a disproportionate tendency to use either monosyllabic words or two syllable words joined together by vowels or soft consonants. Look at what we call men: fellas, guys, dudes, bros, gents, boys, etc. Nobody in real life calls adult women ‘females’ by the way, that’s an incel thing or people in special formal professions such as the military.
I understand that hence why I added multiple other arguments towards my point. The largest one being that girl is the counterpart to guy rather than woman. I find all of the ones you said above to be weird in my opinion other than girl. I have never seen somebody call someone a girl to demean them. In fact I usually hear the word more from women rather than men. I’m not trying to be disrespectful or anything but I do not see any reasonable evidence that calling a woman a “girl” is demeaning
