I guess i’m always kind of looking, my last relationship ended over a year ago so I guess over the past few months I’ve gotten more interested in the idea of dating

I feel you but my honest answer is you gotta give it more time. If it was easy, it wouldn’t be meaningful. You’re gonna have a whole different schedule next semester so you might meet someone you haven’t met yet.

I Hu w this guy a couple weeks ago after a party and I thought we really hit it off but in the morning he seemed kind of uninterested in conversation. (We were both super drunk so it could’ve been that he was hungover?) we started snapping and I followed him on instagram and he followed me back, but he only snapped me like once a day or every two days so I stopped snapping him. Now i’m having regrets because I feel like I should have started a convo over snap, but I didn’t wanna come off too

I think there’s three possibilities here: 1. He genuinely lost interest. 2. He’s just not a big texter. 3. He thought you were losing interest and reacted accordingly. I’ve definitely been guilty of just not being on my phone often and making people think I was uninterested because I stopped replying for a while or something. But I’m not gonna lie, regardless of which situation it is, I think you should leave it alone or try to message him and start a convo if you want.

But honestly, I’m not gonna sugarcoat it. He might have just wanted to hook up and not have anything more. I don’t want you to put energy into something that might not have any chance of working out the way you want it to. If you don’t think he’s that kind of guy though then fair enough but still he could also show more interest if he wanted to continue the conversation.

We do have some mutual friends so I feel like if I see him at another party I’ll say something but for now i’m just gonna leave it alone. You’re awesome thanks for all the advice!
