I assume you’re already using some kind of skincare medicine so all you can really do is try to deduce the lifestyle and dietary factors that could contribute to your acne

What are you currently using for acne? Do you wash and moisturize with non-comedogenic (pore clogging) products? Are you consuming dairy and/or white bread?

could be stress that you’re not realizing. Could just be unlucky :(
