Probably cause he wants to see if you’ve had a change of heart. Just tell him you don’t want to see him. Why is this difficult?

Yeah I told him I don't want to see him or talk to him. It is difficult because I like him a lot but he obviously isn't making any effort in our relationship which is why I had to cut him off. He always breadcrumbed me with mixed signals and this is just another one
