Your interactions on a larger scale. If you are in a smaller area or town I wouldn’t use that to gauge your attractiveness as that can be kinda off. You can kinda gauge it by dating apps, public interactions, and comparison to your female friends who you deem attractive. What are their experiences with getting attention from men? What are yours? Also I don’t think looking younger is a factor tbh. Are there other factors you think that maybe make you question

It’s hard to answer this question if you’re only operating in a an irl context, because people are less inclined these days. You could use success on dating apps to gauge attractiveness or do like a feature by feature analysis
