Honestly, I don’t see any problem with a hug under the vast majority of circumstances. Definitely not this circumstance, he worked with them and now they are leaving, they gave eachother affection to say goodbye, not a big deal

It was a normal hug but like I wrote everyone thank you notes and he was gonna be in a meeting when I was leaving and he made a point to come see me and say goodbye before that
