Without being weird, you can use the context of class to start study groups/sessions, and to get guys to do it you can create situations where they’d have to help you out or come to you

Girls can literally just say “hey”. A girl in one on my classes is notorious for literally walking up to ppl and groups of ppl and just introducing herself.

Make a point of intentionally interacting with him. My gf got me interested bc she had the class before me and would give me a heads up on how the class was before I went in (like 1.5 min on MWF). It’s very lowkey low risk/effort. Also when you find the one you want, make him feel special, this lets him know that it’s not just how you are with everyone. That you actually want him.

Go to spaces where it’s the norm to interact in depth with people you don’t know. Outside of those, you’re more likely to only be approached by guys who are aggressive/insane/stupid/only interested in hooking up. Also, make it 100% clear and unambiguous when you’re interested in someone! Giving compliments or asking about assignments (even doing those frequently) ≠ showing romantic interest, since they can easily be interpreted otherwise.
