Lots of chicken and rice honestly. Obviously gaining weight is important but you don’t want to go overboard on fatty foods either.

Smoothies/protein shakes are good ways, “drinking” calories feels less filling so it can help u a little :)

You can try finding vegetarian/vegan protein powder alternatives but those lowkey taste so bad. Peanut butter is good too, also just adding more healthy oils to ur food
