
its probably higher than 80% but yes. a calorie is just a unit of energy and fat is the stores of excess energy, to use while in periods of famine. a calorie deficit is just forcing your body to use stored energy (body fat) since you arent giving it as many calories as it burns. exercise will increase the amount of calories burnt which can help but diet is the easiest and simplest way to create a deficit
And many moments You ARE NOT HUNGRY. Your body just wants to rest from every order of food you just ate. Do try think of it like eating a large steak, and your jaw wanting/ needing rest from all that chewing. Your bowels and rectum require the same kind of relief/ recovery. You ARE NOT ADJECTIVE HUNGRY. You need, want a place for relief. Do choose instinctually.
