It’s really just guys that blame women for their issues with women and are misogynistic. Some can still get with some women but I’d still call them an incel

The word has evolved over the years. Originally it just meant involuntarily celibate for any reason. So if you were a paraplegic struggling to find someone you would be considered an incel whether you were a man or a woman. Now it is much more narrow, specifically you have to by a man who is a misogynist and who is struggling to find a woman because of that misogyny.
