I like when girls are more extroverted/actively outgoing. I would consider myself an introvert (not shy, but I don’t make an extra effort to be social) so having a more outgoing girl to balance me out would be a good fit I think

Context dependent. If you never shut up, I will not like you, but if you never speak up, I will not know you. Best bet it to be forward and open when you truly have something to say, but reserved otherwise
