When you’re a centrist like me it becomes too easy to make friends with people on every single end of the political spectrum. Just don’t bring up your conservative views around your liberal friends, and don’t bring up your liberal views around your conservative friends. It’s simple.

I'll listen to and accept their views if they get brought up, but I won't pretend to agree with them. imo if you can't be friends with someone on the other side of the political spectrum, you're probably too immature to be thinking about politics at all
