PCOS has alway been a big insecurity of mine especially how much extra hair growth happens in places I don't want. I just want to know if guys would judge me if I had hair around my neck and breasts/chest because its unnatural

I wouldn't judge bc I know what PCOS is and hair is just hair, I would just prefer if it was removed. Kinda like someone might prefer a guy to shave

No im not ive dated quite a few girls with pcos i think the little chest hairs are cute (and im a fan of bush but thats an aside)

I do shave it but its so much that sometimes I miss some hairs and I also get laser hair treatment just for this but apparently there is like a 50% chance of it working and it didn't work for me☹️

Yeah I get that. It's inconvenient asf. My gf just shaves her face and neck once a week and leaves the rest and I feel like that's the perfect balance between too much effort & doing nothing
