I’ll definitely notice and I might even think she’s hot, but I’ve known my girl friends for close to 10 years at this point so it would take a lot of consistent behavior changes for me to think of any of them differently. I might ask why, but that’s just curiosity.

provocative is just how i would describe it based on how ppl where im from usually dress. these are regular cute outfits that show some skin, but nothing wild. and by problem i mean does staring mean hes thinking of me in a non friendly

What do you mean “non friendly”? Do you mean does he feel any less friendship towards you? No, not at all. Or do you mean does he want to have sex with you? Yes, he does (though not because of the outfit; he already did).
