How do I get through this depression and clean my room up.

What usually helps me when cleaning is feeling overwhelming is to break it down into much smaller sections. So for example just focusing on cleaning off your end table or desk. And if you get the motivation to keep going after, you can make your bed, and so on. Usually I feel a little more motivated after I get one part cleaned

Divide that into smaller parts then. Idk what the exact situation is but either divide by area (sides of the bed, open floor, near a closet, etc.) or divide it by the kind of thing you’re picking up (trash, clothes, dishes) and try to start with the least daunting thing
