Hot take maybe but I find super muscular guys so attractive. I mean, do what you want for your body king. But gym Bros have such a bad rep as people that I just avoid them. Don’t get me wrong Most of my male friends do work out, and I do too. but it is a very, very small portion of their personality. I’m so scared of the guys who like constantly posting motivation shit and stuff.

It can but does not equate to it for sure happening. Also, do it for yourself and your own health not for women appeal.

Even tho working out helps the attraction, I think what’s more important is your morals, humor, knowing how to dress smell good & overall hygiene. Women aren’t as vain when it comes to looks. A girl would rather an average built man that treats her amazingly and have all the things I listed in the first sentence than a man with a hot body and emotional intelligence of a door knob

No bc as a gym going man (on hiatus because medical school is kicking my ass) you only ever get noticed by other dudes and never women. Not saying I joined the gym for female attention but it’s smth I noticed

Lowkey maybe but not for that specific reason. It could definitely help your confidence

This! If the guy im talking to has nice arm in the moment I will notice but I won't be looking out for it. You can probably ask any girl on a dating app we aren't interested in the gym bathroom flexing mirror selfie. That only works on other men especially if you got hug hulk physique

I mean idrc that much as long as I’m not fat, I guess it would be nice to lift things easier but I don’t have like a burning desire to get better now that I’d say I’m average or stronger strength. At one point I wanted to get stronger cause I only did leg exercises growing up and I wanted to bridge that gap, but I think I closed that gap a couple years ago.

I always told myself I don’t want to have a beer belly like my dad did, as long as I don’t have that.
