One of my favorites is Gurren Lagann and I hate it so much whenever they do some dumb shit with Yoko, like that’s not what I’m here for

I don’t watch anime but I read manga and holy shit it’s so annoying, my favorite ones are the ones with zero fanservice it’s always so forced in and just genuinely why??? It always makes the stories worse

I remember liking it as a kid. I couldn’t get past like episode 4 watching it as an adult, and I had the dub playing in the background.

If it’s too much for me when I’m not actively watching it, I don’t think I can get through it. I didn’t like kill a kill as a kid either because of the way sexuality was portrayed
