Most men don’t do this, the few that do probably do it to a lot of people, and don’t see why it’s an issue

Every guy I’ve talked to has asked me and out of all of them (I have a lot of failed talking stages like 19 lol) 2 excepted “no” as an answer

And those people are perpetually single and looking for casual stuff lol, Hu/casual culture (from anecdotal experience) is around half the population but it just circles and circles around and not really intersecting with the other half

Pro tip: quit having talking stages

Anonymous#44w
Hey! That’s the goal actually!

I mean yeah the end goal of a relationship means no more talking stages, but that’s not what I meant. You’re not gonna get into a stable relationship if it started with a talking stage. Good relationships don’t start with a “talking stage” because the talking stage doesn’t exist

Like if you genuinely still think “talking stages” exist, getting over that should be what you strive for with your goal of not having talking stages

I totally understand what your saying, my thing is that a lot of guys I talk to always says “they are not ready to commit” or that they just want to be fwb I guess by my logic I’d call that a talking stage?

I think that’s kind of what 4 is saying. If they’re just wanting fwb and not wanting to commit at any point, they’re probably not a great place to look for something solid in the long run.
