I like a solid pan fried salmon and then I throw random vegetables (usually at least mushrooms and asparagus) in the pan after the salmon is done cooking. Throw it w some rice I cooked in chicken stock and it’s a solid meal that doesn’t take a lot of effort. Alternatively swap out the salmon for a steak, and you’ve got a really good date night dinner

I love it, cut up some baked potatoes in the oven, sear some salmon in a pan, boil some pasta then do some sauce with a tomato and onions

Lots of chicken and bison or lamb when I can get it cheap, along with pasta and sandwich style things. Grilling at any opportunity

Time consuming. I’m constantly busy. Cooking is the only time I am forced to slow down and I hate it. Just not fun in general

I’ll sometimes make a pomegranate sauce w it, basically just use whatever was left in the pan after everything is done cooking, set the heat to low, throw in some pomegranate juice, a corn starch slurry, then salt and pepper to taste
