Um why don’t you just talk to him? Maybe he feels that if you wanted your shirt if you’d do it and he probably thinks he’s respecting your decision to not take it off

I’m ngl once I took it off myself and he went soft right away… it was awkward and we had to stop having sex. He said it was a mental block bc of the condom but idk and it made me feel rly shitty..
