As a woman who isn't into men this happens to me too. It just makes me curious about their intentions. I always tell people I'm befriending I'm not interested ahead of time near the beginning of a friendship and yet some guys unfortunately still get upset when I turn them down. Falling in love with someone you care about is normal but being mad they won't "fix" themself for you feels gross
I don’t think it’s 0%, but I think the percentage goes down the longer the friendship is. I think it’s pretty natural that if you, as a heterosexual man, have a woman who you hang out with a lot, enjoy spending time with, and clearly like their personality, then yeah romance kinda becomes the next step. There’s a lot of cases where dudes go in with a crush and try to do the friend thing first with romance on their mind off rip, but there’s plenty of cases where it does start out just friendship.
Really? I’ve had guys “offer” (threaten) to rape me because obviously I just “haven’t had good dick yet” and that’s the problem. It’s truly crazy the way some guys I had been friends with for years switch up after they confess. They’ll be well aware I’m not interested and then yell at me in a parking lot because I won’t sleep with them to “make sure”. Just makes me sad
