As a woman i have never heard that sentiment expressed among other women. most women can enjoy sex without drinking. some might prefer a drink or two to calm the nerves, but i don’t think that impacts their capacity to consent so long as things are discussed beforehand and they are in control of their body

Like obviously there’s use your best judgement and don’t have relations with anybody too far gone, but idk, I’m always worried about where the line gets drawn between fun/tipsy/drunk?

It’s a conversation you should have with any partner you’re with before a situation like that
