I think they just say they do strategically opportunistically. They think it will give them an inroad. There's nothing appealing about it. Some small sense of bravery? It's a little gross. Blood has a different consistency than lubrication. It's just something that might not be a dealbreaker if you want to have sex. Maybe they associate it with fertility idk I think they're just fronting
