Helping someone requires they can see the error of their current ways and want to change. It’s 1) not other people’s responsibility to educate you and 2) sometimes a case where someone doesn’t actually want to change and be better. If the dude wanted to change he’d be putting some effort in on his part to take criticism and improve, but he said himself he’d rather not if continuing to be shit gets him laid
