how did you kill your sex drive or the want to do anything and how did that affect your hormones and your day-to-day life? I really want to get rid of mine altogether

You build a new healthy addiction. Think really hard what you want to do, or what you like. From that, start doing research on how to attain that goal. Delete anything that may give you the urge. Keep yourself busy. There’s a million things to learn out there. That’s how I did it at least.

Like #2 said, you’ve gotta fill your time with something else. I picked up blacksmithing of all things lol. Works like a charm

I had compulsions which is not necessarily the same thing but I spoke to a therapist and psychiatrist, got on meds and do therapy. That's basically it if you feel like sex is something negatively impacting your daily life. It's not uncommon and there's always help available, so try not to feel shame about seeking out professionals

Sex drive is similar to food, in the sense a biological desire is there

Oh! Also find a friend you’re really close and that may have similar goals. Having someone really helps. My best friend and I have weekly meetings where we talk about our accomplishments and even our failures. It helps by holding us accountable. If you have any questions or want some ideas, feel free to ask. May you overcome it bro.
