for me sometimes it is intentional but I instantly get nervous when they catch me I have like this nervous tick i do where i bite my lip and im like shit they probably think i mean something else by that

i mean most of the time it is like 90% of the time but like there are always moments that are unintentional you can’t help that it’s inevitable you space out and accidentally end up staring at someone
