Well right now you are giving him your body and gf attention so he’s not gonna feel the need to progress things forward cause he doesn’t feel a rush for a title while most women do for feelings of security and safety long term. He may not be that interested /: if he’s taking forever to respond after being inside you (on your period!) he’s using you & he’s lazy. And not only for sex but for comfort and validation when he wants. Talk to some other guys who value you in the meantime or drop him.

i asked him the other night if we were nothing and he said, no we are something but he doesn’t know what we are. so it might just be, casual no label for him and honestly it’s fine as long as he still sees me when he’s wants to

If you want more than casual then it’s your burden to steer it that way. He is 100% content with casual meetups bc generally guys like access to it. If theres no push, then you’ll never find out if he is open to something more with you
