it depends on the reason tbh, sometimes the bad dynamic is one side's fault or sometimes both. if its generally not your fault then i think it's fine. although i think some conflicts here and there are bound to happen in any family

If you don’t get along with large portions of your family, that’s almost always a you problem. Of course, there are plenty of exceptions, so in that case it would depend on how she’s dealt with it in her life. At the end of the day though, I want to have a family and I’m going to look closely into the kind of relationships any girl I’m interested in has with her family and the idea of family.

Depends on the reason, but I’d also still like to meet or at least talk to the family out of respect for them unless something horrible/unforgivable happened that caused the rift
