As a woman in your man’s current position. Can’t be in a relationship because I’ve still got too many things I need to work through on my own but I still like a guy and want to hang out with him. I’m hoping I’ll get my shit healed enough to be in a relationship with them (I won’t)

The guy I’ve been seeing recently said he doesn’t know what he’s doing and thinks he should stay single. I haven’t responded other than 👍 when he asked to play a game. He is still trying to plan dates and sending me messages to see when I’m free. I don’t know how to text him back because obviously I want to still him but I can’t tell what’s going on with the inconsistencies. I’ve confused myself even more trying to type this out

How much do you like them? How long can you tolerate the push/pull behavior? How long would you wait for them? If they never get better than how they are right now with you, could you be happy?

I like them a ton, I’ve never experienced the push/pull behavior so I’m not sure. I’m a pretty patient person and I guess this behavior started mid October, but I didn’t notice until this week, probably a year. If they do (towards me) I only could be a friend or memory of the past
