No, your body mostly paralyzes you when you go to sleep. The issues would come if you wake up and really need to use the bathroom. I wouldn’t stress too much

if you can pee in your sleep, who thinks you cant shit? i think it almost happened to me once as an adult, but i jolted awake so technically i was awake. but i had really bad diarrhea too and i was afraid i was gonna shit in my bed and i almost did. i shit my pants a little before i made it to the toilet even tho my room is the closest to the bathroom. i was sick please dont judge😭😭
