Well 1st of all the tea app was terrible bc it had no security. Everything got leaked. The concept of the app is good in theory but in practice there is no way to regulate women just lying abt ppl and they can’t defend themselves. Just bc some1 has a crazy ex doesn’t mean they are bad themselves

Among many other issues, it’s sexist. Only women can join the app and see what’s being posted on it, and also, with their verification process, how are they able to allow for trans women?

Ok. That’s a security issue. If someone wants to get back at their ex for breaking up with them, all they have to do is start up a rumor about someone online and that guy is in trouble.

I think that was mostly created in retaliation to the tea app. I don’t agree with that either, but I don’t think any of those apps have really taken off like the tea app actually has.
